PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
Guidelines for the processing of personal data for customers in connection with the fulfillment of an agreement with Scaniro, CVR 32 06 88 20 (hereinafter “the Company”).
As a result of your agreement with the Company, you accept this privacy policy.

1. In general
Through your agreement with the Company, personal information about you is collected.
These guidelines have been prepared on the basis of the EU Data Protection Regulation, which will take effect in Denmark from 25 May 2018, as well as the new Danish Data Protection Act, which supplements the rules in the Data Protection Regulation and the current Personal Data Act (collectively "applicable legislation").
Below you can read about the information collected, including how the information is processed, what it is used for, who has access to the information and who you can contact if you have questions or objections regarding the information collected.
2. Personal information
2.1 What is personal information? The Company requests your general contact information when entering into an agreement with the Company. It is primarily information such as name, address, postcode, telephone and mobile phone number, e-mail, etc. Information regarding the name, address, etc. of public and / or private limited companies. does not concern a natural person and is therefore not covered by the Personal Data Regulation.
The personal information we collect is used to identify you as a customer and to provide the services you have purchased from us.
The personal information that we collect in connection with the fulfillment of the agreement will be stored in our IT system and / or in a physical register.
2.2 How long do we store personal information?
Retention of personal information depends on how long your agreement with the Company lasts.
When you purchase a service from the Company, we need your personal information as documentation until the service has been paid for and delivered, any withdrawal period has expired and the deadline for payments has expired.
During the ongoing contractual relationship, the information we have collected about you is stored in our IT system, after which the personal information is archived.
In accordance with current rules, your personal information will be stored with the Company for a period of 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the material relates. If the agreement with you e.g. has expired in November 2017 and the financial year follows the calendar year, we are obliged by current rules to store the information until the end of 2022 at the earliest. When the personal information is no longer relevant and we are not obliged to store it, all personal information regarding you will be deleted.
2.3 What do we use personal information for?
The personal information we collect about you in connection with the fulfillment of our agreement is used primarily for general customer administration, including, for example, for the fulfillment of the agreement you have entered into with the Company and the sending of invoices. | |
As a rule, the information will not be passed on to third parties. However, your general contact information may be passed on to our business partners if we need their assistance in fulfilling the agreement.
In addition, we may process your information if the processing is necessary for the Company (or third parties) to pursue a legitimate interest, unless consideration for you precedes this. [It may, for example, be in connection with repair or similar situations].
Other disclosure is only permitted if applicable law exceptionally allows disclosure of personal data.
2.4 The right to access your personal information
As a customer of the Company, you have the right to receive the Company's confirmation of whether personal data concerning yourself is processed and, if applicable, access to the personal data.
You are also entitled to request and receive personal information about yourself that you have provided to the Company (data portability). You are also entitled to object to the processing of your personal data.
2.5 The right to rectify your personal data
You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by the Company without undue delay.
2.6 The right to delete your personal data
You have the right to have personal information about yourself deleted by the Company without undue delay if the Company does not continue to have a legitimate interest in storing your personal information.
Please note that if the Company is required by applicable law to store the information, you can not demand that your personal information be deleted.
2.7 Protection of personal data
Under current law, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially. We store the personal information you provide in the Company's IT system.
Our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our processing of personal data is handled properly and taking into account your rights as a customer.
2.8 Changes in the processing of personal data
We reserve the right to update and change these guidelines for the processing of personal data. If the guidelines are changed, the date of "last updated" is corrected at the bottom of the page. These guidelines are evaluated and, if necessary, revised once a year.
